Oh what a living doll , so precious what can one say..

healthy and too sweet for words she is our little

miss strawbery shortcake...she is certainly a beauty..

grandparents can say these things as tho they sound

a bit mushie they are the things we think, she was born

on a beautiful day and we were waiting with such nerves

and we arrived and to see her at the hospital was such a

experience...Len was awed i think a little nervous but oh what

a proud pappa he was...she is the first grandchild on Lens side

so doubly important for them...

The family came in abounds to see her and when she got home

I think Lyndsay was a totally tired and was glad of all the help she got

with Len..

Her first crawling and walking and she has such a deep voice

and she is a fussy baby but that soon left as her world grew.

She comes to us the grandparents to be fussed over and to play with

toys and to mingle with us...she is independant and full of vinegar

loves puppy and her soother and of course watches strawberry

shortcakes DVD's and loves to go shopping with mom.

Her smile is next to none so special is this little one..

" A child is a gift whose worth cannot be measured except by the heart"

We hope for the world for this little one that she will pursue whatever she

desires and with the love of her parents this she achieve....

Oh my gosh what a boy!..when he was born he came early and surprised us.
Coming in to the world with the pomp and ceremony of one little guy with a purpose. He is delightful quite a character that one has to have

known MacKenzie to understand what he like what a delight and there

is never a moment in time that you do not know that he is around.His dad

has learned alot and to watch him with Rob there is such love.

He is quick to learn and full of laughter but with such a strong personality

that you just smile and know that it is the learning thing inside him..he is

a loving child and when the other kids are around he would always say Baby..hugs and always at awe with them bringing n them toys or their soothers.....or bottles.

He will achieve many things and our hope for this little guy is for him to be

an achiever of all things..

It is said ........"Children have more need of models than of critics"

how true can one saying be....Our love for this little guy is insurmountable

if there is such a word sounds good tho...he is an independant person with

such character that it amazes us....when he comes over to stay he hogs the

bed and that is okay we don't sleep but he certainly does..grandparents love

knows no bounds........

STEPHANIE Ann

Well she arrived and we are so glad she is here
Stephanie ended up being born the third in line of
grandchildren but i thought i would put her next to Evan as
she is Evans little sister....down the road he will love to have
her altho right now she really has to fight to get her way and
let me tell you she is a go getter...follows behind him like a
shadow and co-conspiriter in all things.....she was a lovely new born and
like all Grandparents she is the prettiest and of course that
is what grandparents do best is boast...She has grown like a weed
small in structure but oh so smart...mimicks jabbers and talking
all kinds of words...loves books their dog Lucy and of course the
cat Smokey.
"A good laugh is sunshine in the house".
We just think she is the apple of our eye and Walter just cannot get
enough playing with her ...her hair has grown and so blonde

and curlie...she reminds me of that

character off road runner little tasmainian she devil...as grandparents
we want the best ...the most and the top of the world for her..
our love for her is endless............

Evan:Born March 25 2005

our first Grandchild...it is surely a wonder when you arrive to the hospital to first meet your first grandchild...he was perfect beautiful and totally awesome to see. Evans Mom looked absolutely wonderful tired but never does a woman look her best than when you have had a baby.

"Every mother has the breathtaking privilege of sharing with God in the creation of new life. She helps bring into existence a soul that will endure for all etenity.

So i will remark Joni is a wonderful mother of course the work is hard and the time consuming but a rewarding world she has entered and the delights of little fingers and sleeping-bottles-diapers and onto diaper rash -teething and all sorts of exciting moments .

As i write this Evan is a delight and loves his gran and pappa as he calls Walter so cute he is a quiet little tyke with a deep thinking and thoughtfull disposition...loves to play alone altho when Stephanie came along that changed. He loves to come over and play or stay with us while mom and dad get a break....So special is our little grandchild that we feel so blessed
